Cecilia project — status update (August 2026)

Between 2013 and 2021, the Cecilia sound system was my flagship product, used by satisfied organists and builders worldwide. In 2021 I had to discontinue the product line due to a combination of factors: global shortages of key electronic components during the COVID pandemic, challenges in finding a sustainable business model for the CeciliaVPO software, and personal circumstances that required a change of direction.

I spent the following years working as a software developer — a valuable experience that gave me new skills and a fresh perspective on the architecture.

I am now back and actively working on a new generation of the Cecilia system. The hardware and software are being rebuilt from the ground up with modern architecture, I presume the release date in 2027.

For existing Cecilia module owners, technical support is offered as component availability permits. New modules in the old design cannot be offered.
